You must sign the NW Hosting LLC, NW hosting Vacation Rental Guest Agreement and agree to the Terms and Conditions; failing to sign the NW Hosting LLC, NW hosting agreement before arrival will cancel the reservation at the guests’ sole expense.
Cancelation policy: Guests may cancel at anytime and receive a full or partial refund depending on the cancelation policy set for each property.
Refund Policy: The funds will be returned to the payment method the guest originally used to make the payment. We submit refund requests to guest’s bank or card issuer and will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
Check-In Time is 3:00 pm (PST) – You will receive your arrival information 2 days before your scheduled arrival date. Smart Lock Door code will be sent the morning of your arrival via text message.
Early check-in may be granted only if your arrival is not immediately following a same day check out. If you would like an early check in, please contactStacey@nwhosting.com two days before your arrival to schedule and pay for an early check in, if applicable; the fee is $100 and early check may be as early as Noon the day of your arrival Check-Out Time is 10:00 am (PST);
A $25 fee for every 15 minutes past departure time will be assessed for guests who have not vacated the premises at the approved departure time. Late check out may be granted only if your departure is not immediately followed by a same day check in. If you would like a late check-out, the fee is $100, and late check out is 1:00 pm (PST). Please contact stacey@nwhosting.com 2 days prior to check-in to schedule and pay for a late checkout, if applicable.
No Smoking, Vaping, or drug use allowed on the Premise at any time, Evidence will cause immediate termination of the agreement, and guests must move out immediately at the guests’ sole expense. Please be mindful of Idaho State Law; no Marijuana is allowed.
No sign, notice, advertisement or illumination shall be posted, inscribed or exposed on or at any window or other part of the Premise at anytime.
Excessive cleaning beyond reasonable vacation property use will be charged to the card on file at the rate of $50/hour. Excessive cleaning defined as; excessive garbage, broken items not cleaned up, evidence of guests using booked property to host an event in which more people than declared used property. Hourly rate to include but not limited to; picking up of trash/garbage, hauling of excessive garbage to dump.
If this is an animal friendly property, we expect the following;
-Do not leave your animal unattended for long periods of time (1-2 hours or more)
-Please clean up your animal feces upon departure, a $25 fee for clean up will be assessed for failure to adhere to this policy.
-Let us know immediately of any damage to the property.
